Kids Code Jeunesse is proud to bring computer programming to kids inside and outside of the classroom! We have reached an exciting period of growth and are looking for a motivated and passionate person to help build Kids Code Jeunesse in Western Canada.

The ideal KCJ Western Regional Manager will be an enthusiastic team leader and community builder. You believe in the importance of empowering children, their educators and parents with the skills of the 21st century. You will be responsible for expanding our services in the education system, in libraries and community centres. You will manage a small team who will work with you to execute KCJ services. You have strong leadership and team building skills, as well as great business acumen.

What you'll do


  • Build and Manage a Western Canada team
  • Oversee execution of KCJ strategic plan
  • Regular reporting to the National Office
  • Build external relationships in government, education, corporation
  • Represent KCJ at conferences and events 

What you'll need


  • 2 + years experience in team management
  • University degree in business/not-for-profit/education
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience managing a distributed team environment
  • Drivers licence

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual (Eng/Fre)
