At Celtx, we love to set goals and we have a big one: to nail our B2B sales machine. We are seeking a VP Sales to help us achieve this goal.

As the VP Sales, your focus is to develop and implement a sales process for our Enterprise and SMB markets.

Responsibilities

Build a Sales Machine

  • You will create a repeatable sales process to address the large number of organic inbound Enterprise and SMB leads the Company already enjoys.
  • You will conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their workflow, roles, software tools used and technology gaps.
  • You will conduct live sales demos and product training sessions.
  • You will recruit, train and manage a sales team.

Develop a Strategy

  • You will improve and extend our Enterprise focused marketing and sales strategy.
  • You will develop relationships with industry experts, associations and key influencers.
  • You will attend/exhibit conferences and industry events.
  • You will use marketing tech to analyze customer buying patterns and behaviors.
