Imperial Manufacturing Group is looking for a self-motivated Systems Administrator / Technician to join our I.T. team. The ideal candidate understands the importance of attention to detail, great internal customer service and enjoys working on the day-to-day operation of the network system.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Deliver front line technical support for the organization,
- Perform general server and client machine administration,
- Responsible for hardware and software installation and maintenance,
- Part of the on call after hours support rotation,
- Periodic travel to our other locations,
- Research new technology,
- All other duties as assigned.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Experience with general system / network administration and troubleshooting,
- Experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange and AD administration,
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Bilingualism considered an asset,
- Linux administration knowledge would be an asset,
- VMware / ESXi administration knowledge would be an asset,
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment considered an asset,
- SIP / PBX / VoIP knowledge would also be considered an asset.
