We're looking for a student who can embrace our Member First philosophy through their genuine interest in our Members but can also understand the intricate ins and outs of the vast array of products and services that CAA offers.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch, you'll provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our members while promoting CAA's products and services. This means you will be speaking with our Members in person and over the phone, taking payments, enhancing their memberships, and explaining our products. Qualifications

  • You possess a high school diploma and preferably have some post-secondary education under your belt.
  • You're savvy with computer software and can pick up new skills quickly.
  • You're organized; it's not unusual to see you with a 'to-do' list.
  • You have enjoyed your experience working with the public.
  • You know your way around a map and can identify many major US and Canadian cities.
  • Most of all you have an awesome attitude and desire to help people.
  • ·You can be flexible and work the occasional early evening and Saturday.
