• Meet directly with clients' business users to identify project objectives and business requirements; and with clients' IT users to identify technical requirements
• Collaborate with business and technical partners to identify and scope the opportunities, outline potential value, identify risks, benefits and constraints
• Contribute to the overall strategy and manage complex issues within functional area of expertise or assigned scope
• Create solution definition and solution architecture
• Prepare and present white papers and proposals, make solutions presentations to the Management, Business Owners and other Stakeholders
• Serve as technical pre-sales lead by implementing POCs, presenting high level solution design to address various stakeholders' concerns
• Provide feedback to clients and creates structured documentation, including specifications and weekly status reports
• Advise clients on configuration and implementation options based on best practices
• Provide expertise and leads technical aspects of sales pursuits
• Participates in the business requirements gathering process for client customizations
• Lead/support solution implementation, customization, testing, and deployment, including preparation of test scenarios. Oversees client user acceptance testing
• Act as a technical mentor for clients in transferring solution-critical knowledge
• Collaborate with client team participants
• Ensure that all implementation methodology deliverables are complete and on time
• Generate project status, time, and expense reports as requested by management
• Architect and implement top-quality software code and use the latest Microsoft and open-source technologies to solve customers' most difficult challenges
• Continually learn and grow professionally

• Great communication across a variety of audiences, with a balance between business and technical acumen
• Comfort and confidence leading a conversation or presentation with customers' senior technical or business personnel
• A deep expertise in Cloud enabled application design, implementation, or modernization and migration, using PaaS services on Azure and/or AWS or Google cloud services
• A deep expertise in mobile applications design, Android, iOS (Swift, Objective-C) or Hybrid (Xamarin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.)
• Extensive web development and architecture experience with?ASP.Net, Angular and/or React,?JQuery
• Experience leading projects utilizing TypeScript, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, Sass, CSS, and JSON
• Demonstrated experience working with teams practicing DevOps and Agile development principles
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills that allow you to self-assign a portfolio of customer engagements and plan your own travel schedule in order to maximize the impact you generate
• Experience and credibility as a software developer, with prior experience as a consultant or contractor being a plus
• The ability to act as a collaborative problem solver who is inventive and confident
• A positive attitude that generates energy in others
• An ability to learn new technologies quickly and a passion for learning
• Travel is an integral part of this position. An ability and willingness to travel as much as 50% as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business.
• The ability to travel to the US.
• Excellent written and oral English.
