As a Software Engineer you will be working directly with our New Ventures team to build amazing technology for an innovative batch of new ventures from startup co-creation to venture-backed companies

What you'll do
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will work with a team of talented people building software applications in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- You will write, test and document high quality code
- You will own the implementation of features end to end, including talking to users, understanding needs and making technical decisions to solve user problems
- You will work closely with our New Ventures team & other stakeholders to deliver on the product vision
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Solid demonstrable experience with one backend language and its related framework (e.g. Node.js/Express or Ruby on Rails)
- Solid demonstrable experience of modern JavaScript frontend frameworks (React, React Native, Vue)
- Experience with modern relational and non-relational databases such as Postgres, Redis, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, etc.
- Demonstrable knowledge of software architecture, implementation, debugging, and database design
Requirements
- You’re flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, iterative, tool/language agnostic development environment
- You’re self-motivated, passionate for technology, and drive for results and continual improvement
- You’re a team player
- You have at least 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on the web and mobile
- You have a degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge and experience
