Cedar Sinai Park is currently hiring a Social Services Coordinator for the Harold Schnitzer Center for Living.

Overview- This is a full-time position, M-F, day shift, regulator status position.

What you'll do


The Social Services Coordinator facilitates admissions and discharges, performs ongoing assessments of resident needs, works with residents, families and staff to promote resident well-being. The Social Services Coordinator will coordinate admissions and communicate with families regarding campus updates. The Social Services Coordinator is part of a Clinical Support Team and works with interdisciplinary teams to conduct psychiatric rounds as part of a team.

The Social Services Coordinator will be working closely with our new Green House Homes and our new post acute rehab which will be opening in November. Please see the Green House Project website at for information on this amazing new model of care. Cedar Sinai Park is proud have recently opened the first 4 Green House Homes in the state of Oregon.

What you'll need


 A Bachelor's Degree is required. Long term care, geriatrics, or health care experience preferred. Professional and interpersonal skills in working effectively with older people and their families. Ability to work well with a large and varied staff. Good stress management and crisis intervention abilities. Good self-direction ability.
