You started off as a Java and/or .NET programmer. Your name was called one day to implement salesforce and found out you're really good at it. Not satisfied implementing "out of box" functionality features, you started doing custom development. You love using Apex, doing API's, etc. Programming within SF isn't just a paycheck to you, it's some serious fun, and you can't wait for the next challenge. You are relentless in wowing end users with salesforce capabilities and exceeding their needs, but not afraid to push back against mediocrity to get optimal SF functionality.
What you'll do
What Will You Be Doing?
First, you'll do a deep dive into the sales and operations process. You'll be asking GREAT questions so you can build what business is asking for. You WILL NOT be isolated working in a boring cube doing mindless programming (OK, maybe a little) but you'll be out talking about their process and how salesforce will make it better and more efficient. Sales and marketing and operations are counting on your talents to build something great; and the CIO and VP of Sales and Marketing will be CHEERING (and helping) you on.
What you'll need
- Ideal candidate should have salesforce certification including administrator, developer certified consultant (DEV 401)
- Excellent communication skills to elicit requirements from C-Level executives
- Involvement in the salesforce on-line community to gain knowledge of latest trends and tactics
- Completed multiple salesforce implementations
