Go2mobi is growing and looking for our second Victoria-based Sales Planner/Sales Support Specialist to assist our ever-growing national sales team. If you are interested in building a career in mobile advertising sales or client services and you have strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and experience handling multiple projects at once, this could be a great fit for you. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with our other sales support specialist, sales directors, marketing, and ad operations teams, you will have the following opportunity?
What you'll do
Responsibilities
The Opportunity?
- Work as a team with our other Sales Planner to respond to RFPs and support the needs of the Sales Team
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand client goals and objectives and brainstorm solutions and lead/support all internal pre-sale communication
- Create media plans and proposals for incoming RFPs, as well as proactive, custom sales and marketing collateral products
- Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Account Management, etc.) to coordinate the planning, development and launch of client campaigns
- Assist in agency / client meeting prep
- Leverage your creativity to design ad mock ups
- Work with the Sale Support team to improve the operational sales process and determine pricing for new offerings
- We?re a small business, so you?ll be the type who is excited by the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get involved with all different teams/projects, as needed

Qualifications
About You?
- Organization is your biggest strength
- Able to coordinate large volumes of information and details between various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation making skills and solid knowledge of presentation software (PowerPoint, etc)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Customer service focused, solution-oriented, and strong analytical skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, nimble, and entrepreneurial culture/environment
- Team player and positive attitude, with the ability to also work independently
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Photoshop skills are an asset
- Able to demonstrate a general understanding of digital advertising
- Mobile advertising industry knowledge and experience, a big plus
- Bachelor?s degree required
