We are rapidly growing our Business Development Team and we have an immediate opening for an experienced IT Professional Services Sales Executive to service the Greater Vancouver Area working from our T4G Vancouver office.

Success in this role will be the result of dedication to delivering excellent customer service experiences, maintaining and strengthening key customer relationships, exploring innovative ways to sell IT professional services to Mid-Market and Enterprise commercial businesses and experience in exceeding quota performance. Your goal will be to help our customers achieve success by solving their business and IT challenges through the application of T4G’s technology consulting services, focusing on customer experience, intelligent software development and advanced analytics.

In this role, you will be responsible for the account planning and execution necessary to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and strategic goals in your territory, including several key accounts. The position reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business for T4G in the Pacific Northwest via various lead generation channels, including breaking into accounts on your own.
  • Deliver excellent customer service experiences.
  • Work effectively in a team-selling environment—you will be accountable to sell the entire T4G services portfolio in partnership with T4G’s business unit leaders, business development, strategic partners and the executive team.
  • Explore innovative ways to sell IT professional services to Mid-Market and Enterprise commercial businesses in a way that meets or exceeds strategic goals and targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen key customer relationships.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Well-versed in all facets of the sales process from lead generation through account management and development
  • Deep understanding of the solution sales cycles, selling process and be creative in overcoming sales obstacles.
  • Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies, e.g., TAS, Solution Selling, Challenger Sale or Value Based Selling methodologies.
  • Passionate about delivering an amazing experience to everyone you interact with—clients, colleagues, partners, vendors and the greater community.
  • High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong social, oral and written communications and organization skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling IT consulting service-solutions driven, project oriented services (not staff augmentation) to Mid-Market & Enterprise Accounts.
  • Previous experience selling digital transformation solutions/value based selling experience.
  • Experience selling the value of enabling digital transformation to C-Suite employees, including the impacts of digital transformation in empowering employees, engaging customers, optimizing operations, and transforming products.
  • Enthusiastic to work in a team-selling environment.
  • Confident and creative attitude to develop new business for T4G.
  • Strong interest in technology and desire to continue to learn.
