Go2mobi is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sales Director, Performance Sales with exceptional sales, analytical, communication and client-management skills to drive new Performance business for Go2mobi. The Performance seller is the primary owner of the client relationship ? responsible for client?s revenue, satisfaction, and growth across Go2mobi's products.

This position is full-time with the option to be based in New York, NY; Vancouver, BC; or Victoria, BC.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, the Sales Director's primary objective is to search out and drive new revenue from clients globally. They will be responsible for their key account outreach plan, coordinate with internal teams, and will ultimately own the day-to-day success of their accounts. This person fully understands the power and capabilities of performance advertising as it relates to mobile DSPs, mobile app advertising, and consults with clients on how we can work together to reach their KPIs and business goals. The Sales Director is responsible for working with the relevant internal partners to help support and grow client revenue.

About You?

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance advertising; specific programmatic and mobile sales preferable
  • Drive new revenue, don?t worry, goals are realistic goals
  • Technical knowledge of mobile marketing and experience working with app developers and brands
  • Strong ability to aggressively contact new potential clients and diagnose whether they are highly likely to become scalable clients of Go2mobi
  • Experience working with performance advertising clientele of all shapes and sizes
  • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, the technical aspects of how advertisers track campaign performance in mobile (cookies, pixels, postbacks, Kochava, ad tags, etc)
  • Ability to lead day-to-day client relations, and to work with management and multifunctional teams to respond to client needs promptly
  • Diligent sales person work ethic - must be highly self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • After limited training, ability to walk into a client's office and nail the Go2mobi sales pitch
  • Strong consultative sales skills, personable, charismatic with a strong focus on driving revenue growth
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, and fun entrepreneurial environment
