We are seeking two talented Account Executives who want to execute and lead our aggressive US sales strategy. Your role will be critical. We will task you with a lot of responsibility but the growth potential and opportunity are both huge.
You must be: self-motivated, persistent, nimble, a problem-solver, intensely resourceful, an attentive listener, fearless and instinctively know how to communicate and connect with people for mutually beneficial outcomes.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Execute Alongside's client acquisition sales strategy
- Assess prospective clients needs through in-person and online meet-ups and phone calls
- Present benefits of Alongside's product and service offerings
- Build relationships with strategic partners
- Be proactive about taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities if needed
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiating and presentation skills
- Exceptional sales performance history
- Experience selling a Software as a Service (SaaS) application is a plus
- Experience in fast-growth, VC-backed/Startup companies is a plus
- Experience in the HR Industry is a plus
- Hard-working, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive
- Experience using a CRM and documenting one?s activities
- Be a team player
