We're growing and we're looking for an innovative Sales Executive to join our team.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for developing loyal client relationships through presentations, product demonstrations, sales calls, and trade show, exhibit and convention attendance to promote the collection of Prism Lighting products. The Regional Sales Executive excels at problem solving and objection resolution. S/he is an independent yet collaborative, innovative, organized individual who excels at identifying new growth opportunities within an assigned territory and at closing sales deals. This position will be based in Brampton, Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Develops sales plans to achieve maximum sales profitability, client retention and growth
  • Takes responsibility for all sales activities from lead generation and territory development to closing the deal and following up with the client to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintains accurate records of sales activities and submits regular activity/results reports
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products
  • Works collaboratively with the team for the achievement of customer satisfaction and product development in line with the company vision and values
  • Communicates with the marketing team to ensure sales materials, campaigns and other promotional activities are aligned with customer requirements
  • Maintains and upgrades professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
