Regional Insurance Supervisor - CAA Insurance
Location: Saint john, New Brunswick

Our team is currently seeking a highly motivated and career minded individual to join our Insurance team as a Regional Insurance Supervisor.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working on things like:
- Motivate, develop, reward, recognize and inspire a team of highly skilled Insurance Professionals.
- Ensuring that automobile and property acquisition targets and retention targets are met on a consistent basis.
- Analyzing and report on agent and team productivity identifying challenges, opportunities, and results for each agent/location.
- Managing all areas relating to agent performance.
- Accountable for reviewing agent and team underwriting risk quality and providing coaching and development when required.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Travel Store Managers within their assigned territory.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a Post-Secondary education and a valid general insurance license coupled with at least 5 years of strong insurance leadership experience. Your strong leadership skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to motivate and engage others.
