We're looking for a quality assurance engineer to join our team and help us achieve world domination.

We're a scrappy team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia with nearly 4,000 customers spread across every continent on Earth (minus Antarctica, still working on that one).

What you'll do

Responsibilities

The person we hire for this position:

  • Is ready to dive head first into our product and learn how it works from a user's standpoint, and what our customers expect from us.
  • Is committed to finding bugs before customers do, ensuring the best possible experience using our software.
  • Experience writing automated UI tests using Selenium and building a Selenium Automation Framework.
  • Works with our Head of Quality Assurance to design, develop and execute automation scripts using software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Maintaining and increasing the automated UI test coverage.
  • Expert level knowledge of Javascript
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Assists the customer support team when customers report bugs.
  • 1-4 years of experience as Automation Engineer

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ year experience in a similar role.
Education: College Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
