Description

As a key contributor to an experienced and vibrant team of professionals, the QA Analyst will have the opportunity to grow, learn and expand their career, while making an immediate positive impact on the business and its offerings to Remsoft's global clients. The QA Analyst has two main areas of focus; product quality and client usability. The role of the QA Analyst is to ensure that the technology that Remsoft delivers to its clients is relevant, functional and as practical, free of errors.

 

Responsibilities

Work with Remsoft team members to conduct, develop and further refine User Acceptance Tests

Seek ways to simplify and continuously improve testing procedures by documenting and reusing common test scenarios

Follow Remsoft's standardized method to report and track bugs

Remain up-to-date on developments and enhancements in Remsoft products and solutions and how these will impact customers

Share expertise and knowledge with other Remsoft team members to assist them in their client facing efforts
