You are a highly motivated individual, with a flair for crafting messaging and positioning for our technical products. As an entrepreneurial minded Product Management & Marketing Specialist at Nautel, you are where our business goals and technology products meet. You are innovative when it comes to conceiving marketing programmes, events, demand generation and product launches. You'll have a great eye for quality and detail as these programmes are rolled out. You will want to be engaged with the Sales team, as well as understand the technical capability and benefits of our products. You will be the expert on our competitors and customers, using your insight when communicating constantly with other teams. You will want to get into the detail of market feedback and analysis, which will help you to support our design team in defining product strategies. You will create business cases for product and marketing initiatives and gain endorsement from senior management. You love challenges and are constantly seeking to contribute and collaborate towards corporate success.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of cutting edge product marketing, from conception to delivery.

You will have:

An MBA or Bachelors in Marketing, complimented by technical education or a high technical acumen gained through experience; alternatively a technical degree complemented by business experience.

Ability to analyze and synthesize sales, marketing, competitive, pricing and biz case data to develop strategies.

Sales experience and an entrepreneurial mindset would be an asset in this role;

Digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management skills.

Superior written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.

Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.

Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity and also autonomously. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects;

Ability to travel internationally (anticipate this to be 10-25%);

Multiple language skills would be an asset;
