What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of team members
- Source candidates through traditional & creative channels
- Create & maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruiting firms
- Build our employer brand by attending events and creating digital content
- Contribute to team growth, culture and retention
- Ensure a friendly work environment and foster collaborative team spirit
- Manage feedback sessions, performance reviews and exit interviews
