Summary

Responsible to support the execution and implementation of assigned marketing programs and activities involving National/Regional loyalty and insurance partners. Work with various internal and/ or external teams to coordinate, communicate, receive approvals and distribute integrated marketing solutions. Analyzing customer data/ Member survey results to produce actionable recommendations on how to increase loyalty and engagement with CAA Atlantic products and services.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning of assigned marketing strategy, solution, and/or program to drive increased Member engagement and renewal
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing communications within multiple channels and including partner approvals
  • Internal impression tracking and partner setup/management software updates and input as required
  • Member survey program management and research projects based on trends within the result
  • Attend National Loyalty and Partner virtual meetings monthly. Conference attendance as required
  • Create initiatives to drive increased levels of Member engagement in with partnership programs
  • Assist with Member and partner inquiries about various components of the programs
  • Additional responsibilities may to be assigned as needed

Qualifications

Requirements

  • University Graduate, ideally in a Marketing discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Innovative and dynamic, this person will be a problem solver and a solution maker
  • Understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results oriented.
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
