We are looking for an office assistant to help manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our business. In this role you will have your hand in a little bit of everything.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- answering phones
- filing
- working with subcontractors to manage and track jobs and costs
- assisting with applications for permitting
- miscellaneous errand-running
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Prior office experience
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and organization
