At MediaFace we transform our clients’ content strategies so they can reach and engage with their audiences. It’s our clients’ client that is the goal. To reach that goal, we develop content that inspires and shifts the world. To support our strategies, we offer great solutions and tools including video, animation, eLearning, web development, design, and so much more. To help our clients’ on their journeys and to help us grow, we need a Marketing Communications Manager (our current person is transitioning to a new role).

The perfect candidate is someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, confident and sincere. Our preferred candidate is a self-starter, takes pride in ownership, demonstrates accountability and has a “Yes We Can” attitude. You’ll be a strategic ally for both MediaFace and our clients.

The job is best suited for someone with similar experience already and is ready to jump in on day one.

You MUST have a minimum of at four years professional experience.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Develop long and short-term strategies, tactics and plans
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
  • Write, edit, proofread and approve materials
  • Maintain brand integrity and strategy for MediaFace and clients
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

Qualifications

  • Build positive relationships with all team members through the delivery of successful projects
  • Uncover opportunities to create value beyond what the client has requested
  • Have a good sense of quality control and direction
  • Cultivate an environment of ‘no surprises’ meaning that information is shared with the team and other managers to ensure the project is aligned with proposed budget and timeline
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, media, or a minimum four years of equivalent relevant experience
  • Superior written and verbal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and clients
  • It’s a bonus if you are bilingual in French and English.
