Position Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of Marketing
  • Assist in the planning and execution of outbound marketing activity, including building prospect lists, executing multi channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, telephone, etc.), and managing qualified leads
  • Support brand awareness events (SaaS North, Elevate Toronto, Saastr, Espresso Hosted Events etc.)
  • Plan and deliver marketing activities in collaboration with Sales
  • Represent Espresso at industry conferences, trade shows and other events
  • Manage database of prospects to ensure data integrity
  • Manage and report on marketing metrics (Google Analytics, Brand Awareness, Email response rate, Lead conversion etc.)
  • Management of marketing tech stack (Datafox, Mailchimp, Wordpress etc.)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or finance organization
  • Strong writing skills - you're a creative writer who loves to write engaging content that drives action
  • Passion to consistently meet or exceed performance objectives
  • You thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an asset; experience with Salesforce is a huge asset
  • Analytical and process driven - you enjoy testing and experimenting with new marketing channels and campaigns
  • You love to lead and execute new initiatives to grow the lead funnel and sales pipeline
