Learning Experience Manager
Female Funders is looking for a strategic, results-driven Learning Experience Manager who can facilitate clarity, collaboration, and high-quality execution as an individual contributor with the capacity to build a team over time. The ideal candidate has proven experience building, managing and scaling educational programs and/or products. We're looking for someone who understands the value of learning that is grounded in research and experience. Ideally, you can take a product lens and apply it to a learning experience that is highly personalized and scalable at Female Funders.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Director to help develop and maintain standards for project and program management excellence, including systems, processes, and tools.
- Work with the Project Director to create clarity of scope, requirements, owners, and outcomes for learning initiatives, taking into account roles, deliverables, timelines, resources, stakeholders and success measures.
- Lead participant experience as primary point of contact, addressing on-going needs and escalating issues appropriately.
- Identify and track progress, issues and risks related to execution and outcomes.
- Assist the Project Director with quarterly and annual budget and planning process.
- Work with the Project Director to develop and maintain a network of industry-leading professionals as contributors to the Female Funders' learning experience
- Manage the on-going development and improvement of educational material and content
- Participate in the local investment & startup community and build the Female Funders' brandas an ambassador and representative for Female Funders
- Track and report participant data and feedback to measure the success of the Female Funders' learning initiatives.
- Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build our the Female Funders' network, for both active and past participants.
- Identify opportunities to improve product delivery.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an education or business-related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in a customer or client facing role.
- Comfortable communicating with investors, entrepreneurs and executives.
- Detail-oriented, professional and efficient in delivery of tasks.
- Passionate about shaping a more diverse future.
- Familiarity or experience with the startup ecosystem and/or venture capital is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning/instructional design a plus.
