T4G is actively looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer in the Greater Toronto Area with passion, initiative, and enthusiasm to lead and grow a new team at T4G. We are building a team that can manage all back end, front end and mobile development for a new T4G project. The Team Lead will play a central role in building, leading and growing this team. Succesful Team Leads at T4G understand how to enable and bring out the best in their teams. Mentoring and supporting fellow team members is as important as having a sound understanding of Agile development, enterprise software delivery and creative & customer centric delivery experience.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Leading a team in the development of websites, applications and integrations with a variety of programming languages.
- Staying hands on and developing websites, applications and integrations with a variety of programming languages
- Mentoring and working with team members to help them grow as developers and consultants
- Guidance and reflection on how T4G can best deliver solutions to our customers
- Acting as one of the technical faces of T4G and participating in client meetings, workshops, demonstrations
- Leading design conversations with the team and contributing to architecture decisions
- Web development using ASP.Net, Angular and/or React, and JQuery
- Working with the team and easily adapting to a rapidly changing environment
- Working with team members in the scoping and estimating of solutions
- Practicing DevOps and Agile developments tools, such as Scrum, Extreme Programming, TDD, BDD, CI, Automated e2e Testing, etc.
- Utilizing GIT source control and Gitflow workflow
What you'll need
Qualifications
Backend focused:
- Experience with REST Web Services in one of the following or an equivalent technology:
- ASP .NET
- Java
- Node
- Experience unit testing business logic modules.
- Experience writing SQL for inserts, updates, deletes and selects.
- Experience with an ORM such as Hibernate or Entity Framework.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Front end focused:
- Experience with one of the following frameworks or an equivalent technology:
- React
- Angular
- Vue
- Experience with unit testing using one of the following or an equivalent technology:
- Jasmine
- Jest
- Experience with responsive design principles.
- Experience with touch interfaces.
- Experience with a higher-order css framework such as SASS or LESS.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
