Position Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DURING YOUR THREE MONTH TRAINING

- Research child care programs online to learn more about their philosophies, pedagogies and propensity to adopt innovative technologies-

- Cold and warm call decision makers (owners, directors and supervisors) to discuss their needs and pain points

- Converse with interested child care and early learning programs so they can learn more about the benefits of our app

- Apply problem solving skills to understand if our app is a good fit for child care and early learning programs you speak with

- Book online demonstrations with Account Executives for qualified child care programs

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly quotas based on bookings of qualified online demonstrations

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AFTER YOUR THREE MONTH TRAINING

- Upon successful completion of your 3 month training program, you will officially graduate to be a fully-fledged Junior Account Executive

- As a Junior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from calling leads to qualifying prospects and closing accounts

- Prepare and present effective presentations that showcase our application and the value it provides to child care and early learning programs

- Negotiate agreements with prospects and keep accurate records of sales and other pertinent information in our CRM (Salesforce)

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives for direct sales as determined by the sales management team

- Build out a thorough pipeline to ensure that ramped up targets will be successfully achieved

Minimum Qualifications

- Very strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Tenacious drive, motivation and confidence

- Propensity to always want to learn and improve

- Inherent self awareness and humility

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University

- 1-2 years of full-time experience

- Ability to build relationships and connect with people quickly

- Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people

- Not fazed by rejection on the phone

- Professional demeanour and good judgment

- Process oriented and never drop the ball
