Female Funders is looking for a strategic, results-driven partner in curriculum development & design. The ideal partner has proven experience increasing engagement and delivering quality only courses, workshops and trainings. We're looking for a partner that can guide the curriculum design processes and get hands on in the development of new educational materials.
Instructional Designer
Female Funders' Learning Experience team works to ensure that all learning experiences at Female Funders are expert-led, containing industry leading information, practices and tools. As an Instructional Designer, you'll be directly with the Female Funders learning experience and leadership team to ensure Female Funders' delivers a cutting edge educational experience.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to author course content and design learning experiences
- Consolidate feedback from all teams interacting with our courses and develop a project plan for improvements
- Maintain deep industry knowledge of related industries
- Assist with ideation and research into new course offerings
- Develop the voice of Female Funders' Learning Products
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with educational content and program development
- Understanding of pedagogy and educational systems for adult learners
- A proven passion for all things tech (UX, Marketing, Development, Data Science)
- Demonstrated interest in learning and personal development
- Project Management experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Education experience an asset
