Dan Martell (Father, Serial Entrepreneur, Investor) is seeking an Executive Assistant to join his team of superstars.
You must be:

  • A person who lives to organize (your pencils are sorted by size and color). 
  • Someone who puts people and customers first.
  • Eager to do a variety of work and absolutely crush it.
  • Great with technology and determined to learn new things quickly.
  • Able to move fast with minimal / no errors.
  • Proudly sporting 2+ years in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Fuelled by the quality of your work and personal satisfaction of a job well done.
  • Highly adaptable and driven.
  • Able to catch the even smallest grammar mistakes. ;)

What you'll do

Responsibilities

The daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing and managing Dan Martell's email inbox and calendar (G-Suite).
  • Scheduling meetings, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
  • Working with legal paperwork including speaking agreements and team/contractor NDA's.
  • Setting-up eSigning documents for Dan Martell (HelloSign).
  • Initiating and completing ordering and purchases.
  • Booking travel and accommodations.
  • Providing customer service to our clients.
  • Coordinating weekly team meetings.
  • Processing voice tasks (using Voxer).
  • Scheduling and coordinating Founders Lunches.
  • Assisting in video coaching calls, liaison for questions, etc.
  • Creating surveys/questionnaires (Typeform).
  • Editing copy/content with an efficient, keen eye for detail.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has these top qualities and qualifications:

  • Experience as a Freelancer. Primarily, you have the attitude, drive, and time-management skills to work from anywhere. That's right, there is no office!
  • Proudly sporting 2+ years in an Executive Assistant role.
  • You're a scholar when it comes to written communication.
  • You're willing to go that extra mile for clients... it's all about the little things.
  • You must be comfortable with using a variety of software technologies. (Zoom, G-Suite, Typeform, Voxer, HelloSign, Trello, etc.)
  • You've gotta be smart, proactive, and resourceful. You're someone who can overcome a challenge by thinking outside of the box.
  • You have a passion for figuring things out with very little guidance.
  • You must have great grammar and spelling skills.
  • All around, you're someone who has the drive and determination to do great things.
  • Remote is OK, but we'd prefer someone local to the Atlantic Provinces.
