We have a unique opportunity for a student or recent college grad who is interested in learning the ins and outs of business ownership and operations. 

About the Opportunity


We’ll offer you the chance to gain real-world experience in new business development, generating leads, marketing, formal sales training, hiring and onboarding new employees, managing a team, negotiating contracts, and business thought leadership through your exposure to our executive recruiting and pre-employment assessment testing businesses.

We are a small, entrepreneurial-minded firm with a passion for helping our clients hire better people with our pre-employment assessment tools and we’ve established several pieces of content that support best hiring practices.

Responsibilities for our Entrepreneur Intern


• High volume of new business prospecting calls over the phone to set up appointment to demo our pre-hire testing service
• Develop high volumes of contacts via LinkedIn and direct messaging new connections to set up appointment to demo our Pre-hire testing service
• Learn everything about pre-hire testing, recruiting, interviewing and selection best practices by following our in house and homework material.
• Learn expert sales strategy by reading and reviewing two books “ Can't Teach a Kid to Ride a Bike at Seminar” by David Sandler and “To Sell is Human” by Daniel Pink
• Attend weekly training meetings with team to review material related to best use of assessment testing and sales techniques. 
• Develop an effective call to action email marketing strategy to deal with low interest prospective clients 

Compensation


Base is $12-$15 per hour + incentives
Weekends and holidays off
Weekly free lunch
