As the Director, Sales Enablement and Operations you will report to the Chief Customer Officer, Walter Andri, and be responsible for ensuring that prospective clients have a positive experience in their interactions with Highline Beta while helping close revenue opportunities during all stages of the sales cycle through research, preparation of presentations, supporting RFP submissions, attending client meetings and follow-ups. 

You will also play a key role in supporting the team to achieve its revenue targets by leading all external partners and programs that generate qualified prospects. In addition, you will develop and operate systems that generate and track prospective leads through the sales cycle from cold outreach to proposal stage, ensuring a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Our team at Highline Beta is customer-obsessed doers who are driven by outcomes over outputs. You will be collaborating with a cross-functioning team made up of leaders like Valerie Swatkow and venture strategists like Lindy Bates.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • You will direct the outbound lead generation strategy and execution via prospecting campaigns through vendors, partners and events to get new meetings with prospective clients.
  • You will work with and support marketing to develop in-bound and out-bound lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, HLB blog / website, conference lists and events).
  • You will collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer, Marketing and Delivery teams to support sales to close pipeline faster during all stages of the sales cycle. Including research, preparation of presentations, supporting RFP submissions and follow-ups.
  • You will attend prospective client meetings as required to take notes, handle follows and support the preparation of follow-up materials.
  • You will establish KPIs, reports and dashboards and manage all analysis to report on revenue related progress towards targets.
  • You will manage, optimize and maintain CRM records via HubSpot and upkeep ensuring data is accurate.
  • You will provide continuous improvement of sales processes, documentation and tools to promote conversion of prospects to accepted proposals.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in driving sales strategy, sales enablement, sales operations and lead generation initiatives for sales organizations.
  • You have experience building customer presentations and sales support tools.
  • You have a deep understanding of lifecycle stages, lead nurturing, business development and lead scoring.
  • You have strong knowledge of CRMs (preferably Hubspot), Excel, Google Slides, and Data Management.
  • You have experience with using and integrating digital tools to enable sales processes/efficiency.
  • You are detail oriented, and have strong operational execution ability.
  • You have excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Salary: $105,000
