Reporting to the Ad Network Operations Manager, the Digital Advertising Coordinator will be responsible for taking a hands-on role in fielding inquiries from key stakeholders, managing the setup, delivery, and optimization of large ad campaigns, and working with a small-but-growing team of results-driven account executives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, analytically-oriented individual to contribute to the success of one of Victoria?s fastest growing tech companies!

The Opportunity?
- Take a leading role in the more technical aspects of setup and execution of large, branded mobile ad campaigns. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should understand and love how code and tech tools can be used to more efficiently automate tasks.
- As a key contributor of analytics and interpretation, work with your team to provide the means to make effective campaign decisions
- Generate regular and customized reports for clients? campaigns to maximize client satisfaction
- Research, prototype, and implement new systems and processes to accommodate the ever-changing nature of client and campaign requirements
- Learn/work with cutting edge APIs and automation tools to manage key processes

Qualifications
About You?
- Superb analytical skills, with an eye for the details and a drive for problem-solving
- Self-starter - You take ownership and initiative in your role with a drive for constant improvement in campaign process
- Continually-positive attitude, despite consistent and varied challenges
- You know when to vLookup() and when to sumIf(), Excel is your second language
- An understanding of industry terminology is a definite bonus. If you understand what CPCs, CPMs, and CTRs are, you?re well on your way
- You like wearing multiple hats ? from big-picture strategic thinking to executing processes with granular detail
- Ability to pivot within the role as the need arises. This is a dynamic, fast-paced industry that will require flexibility and a genuine interest in an ever-changing work environment
- Previous account management/sales experience in the tech or online advertising sectors is a huge plus
