Alongside is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. Customer success is extremely important to our company mission, so you'll be filling a crucial role. You'll work in cooperation with our sales team and product manager to provide an excellent holistic experience with Alongside.

Remember the last time you had excellent customer service while getting your coffee? They took their time to chat with you, remembered your order, and made it perfectly. They made your morning brighter, and reminded you that this interaction was part of why you always come back to that cafe. We're looking for that kind of person. Someone who genuinely loves helping people and taking the extra time to make them feel valued. After all, it's not what you say, but how you make people feel that really matters.
You’re good at:

  • Written and verbal communication with strong empathy for customers and their success.
  • Problem solving and analyzing data to gain clear insights for customer success.
  • Managing your work and collaboration in a highly organized and proactive fashion.
  • Communicating brand/products effectively and clearly both cross-functionally and externally.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer onboarding support for the first 100 days of their journey.
  • Partnering and working closely with team members in sales to define and achieve customers’ success criteria, show ROI, and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers in relation to Alongside’s product.
  • Focusing on monitoring customers at risk of churning.
  • Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our Hubspot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Manage fullfilment of job ads & accounts on several partner websites.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Language: English, French (Bilingualism required)

  • University degree or college diploma are considered assets, but not required.
  • A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Extremely comfortable engaging with customers to ensure their success
  • Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
  • Comfort in using a multitude of computer applications
