As the new member of our growing Customer Success team, your primary focus will be to help onboard and support Small and Medium Business owners in the Commercial Cleaning Industry by teaching them how to use technology to better run and grow their business.

What you'll do
What You will Do
Omnichannel support of customers using customer success support systems (online chat / email / phone)
Create and monitor tickets / issues, and create support articles to answer and proactively support customer questions
Coordinate and assist with customer onboarding activities
Conduct online customer training and support sessions
Work closely with product development to facilitate the communication and promotion of customer feedback and feature requests
Work closely with Software Quality Assurance to identify, escalate, and resolve any issues identified by customers
Contribute to Swept’s Growth meetings by challenging and creating ideas
Conduct analysis and report on customer health
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Master Swept so you can explain it to an 80-year-old
Bring world class dishes to our potlucks!
What you'll need
University degree, College diploma or equivalent working experience.
