We are currently looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in either our Richibucto or Dieppe location. The ideal candidate understands the importance of great customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced team environment.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Maintain focus on excellent customer service
- Receive, review and process customer orders
- Investigate and assist customers with inquiries related to pricing, delivery, discrepancies, etc.
- Coordinate order scheduling with internal departments
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Issue credit and debit to correct discrepancies
- Work closely with contractors, consumers, vendors and agents
- Enter orders in the order entry system for production and delivery
- Research discrepancies
- Replace receptionist as required
- Responsible for confirming customer pricing
- Receive and assess orders in terms of specifications and construction plans
- All other duties as assigned
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Demonstrated computer skills; Outlook, Word (Access, Oracle skills considered and asset)
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Bilingualism; oral and written
- Post secondary education in the administrative field considered an asset
