CAA is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for 6-month contracts with the possibility of leading to permanent positions. Reporting to the Director of Contact Centers the Customer Service Representatives will be required to assist customers by phone and e-mail. This position requires someone who is flexible, willing to work in a team environment with the ability to work autonomously as well. This is a 365 day/yr 24hr/day position therefore successful candidates will be required to work shift work including evenings, weekends, overnight and statutory holidays. We envision our representatives to be caring problem solvers, and empathetic critical thinkers. If you're someone who can quickly and calmly analyze a situation this position may be right for you.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, possessing an excellent track record of attendance
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Extensive customer service experience
