We've got the perfect Customer Support position for you. We're an audiobook service with some killer apps. Our expansive library offers our customers millions of hours of listening. Our amazing customers contact us seven days a week by phone and email. We help them with account inquiries, book selection, app support and live chat.
What you'll do
We're looking for a full time customer service representative who will support our customers in the friendly and helpful manner they're familiar with. Someone who has some customer service experience -- it doesn't have to be in a traditional CS environment. Someone with a sense of humor, who loves to read or listen to books.
