What you'll do
Responsibilities
This role represents an excellent opportunity for a CRM Developer or Architect to join a great team of consultants.
You will be an amazing fit for this position if you possess the following:
- 3-5 years of Dynamics CRM implementation experience (preference for most current versions of CRM)
- 5-10 years of industry experience, preference for experience with Microsoft tools (.net, SP, etc.)
- Solid and current understanding of CRM and how to build, design and deliver complex enterprise solutions
- Strong client facing skills and experience - ability to present solutions to senior executives
- Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to speak to business and technical people
- Sales support - Experience in selling consulting engagements, ability to provide estimates from planning to delivery; strong writing skills (proposals)
- Current knowledge of competitive technology to Dynamics (i.e. Salesforce).

Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications considered an asset
- Federal government security clearance considered an asset
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Previous consulting experience in selling and delivering enterprise solutions
- Knowledge and experience in the full software delivery lifecycle
- Team player
- Self-starter and open to mentoring other team members in CRM
