Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will execute marketing communications efforts across our four major markets (USA, Canada, UK and Australia).

In collaboration with other team members, this role will be responsible for developing a communications calendar around the goal of increasing customer engagement to impact key department metrics. Mobile push notifications and web notifications, as well as email marketing to prospective, existing and cancelled customers are major aspects of this position. Running surveys, analyzing and reporting on department initiatives, and other analytical tasks will be frequent.

The ideal candidate will have the marketing communications acumen to differentiate content for unique audiences, run split tests and analyze results, and work with the Marketing Communications team on variable projects. A demonstrated history of analytical reporting and data-driven thinking are imperative.

As a tech company, we value innovation; the successful candidate will always have a new experiment on-the-go, to allow the Manager to make data-driven strategic decisions.
