The Opportunity
Cedar Sinai Park is looking for CNA' for all 3 shifts in our Green House Homes and for both 12 hour shifts in our Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center (7AM-7PM and 7PM to 7AM). Full-time consists of three 12 hour shifts.
Cedar Sinai Park is looking for talented new team members to join our close-knit crew. We are looking for warm, energetic, and amiable staff with a passion for taking care of people to serve in our Green House and Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center.
We currently have openings on all 3 shifts in our Green House Homes. This is a new model of long-term care, where we have done everything to eliminate things that feel like a facility and to create a real home for our residents. 12 Residents live in each home with their own bedroom and private bathroom and shower. Food is prepared in the home. Cedar Sinai Park has 4 Green House Homes.
We have openings on both or our 12 hour shifts in our new post-acute rehab facility. This is a beautiful, state-of-the art facility with 44 beds. Recently remodeled to better serve our community and become a leader in skilled nursing care. The Robison has been serving the local Portland community for 99 years.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include: Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment which promotes resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and their individuality while providing individualized attention and encouraging residents to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

We have high standards. Requirements include: Must have a big heart and a CNA license in Oregon in good standing.
The candidates we are seeking is an individual interested in being part of a fast-paced environment, has a desire to work within a team structure with a positive approach to care, while supporting the mission of love, honor, and respect with each other and to apply this in daily routines, and interactions with customers, residents, clients, family members, visitors and co-workers.

Cedar Sinai Park's roots are firmly planted within the Portland Jewish Community. In 1920, the need arose for housing for the elderly, and the community responded by furnishing a 16-room Victorian home in the heart of the primarily Jewish neighborhood in Old South Portland. Originally named the Jewish Old People's Home, it served seniors at that location until the 1950s. In 1954, the Board of Trustees purchased and broke ground on seven acres of farmland in southwest Portland, where suburban neighborhoods were beginning to crop up. Today CSP continues to serve our community, residents and patients and has grown to 365 employees. Our motto is Love, Honor, Respect. We're a special team, with big hearts and high standards.
