Moncton Project Management and Business Analysis Entry Level Full-time

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Business Operations Analyst is responsible for providing data analytics support as well as operational and financial reporting for the organization, including our call center, fulfillment operations and patient programs.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

1. Produce and maintain reports based on client and internal business needs

2. Provide metrics, analysis and trending needed to implement process improvements

3. Collaborate with Managers on new business and service improvement initiatives

1. Produce and maintain reports based on client and internal business needs

· Collect, cleanse, summarize and manage information from multiple sources

· Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual client reports and distribute on time

· Prepare activities and transactions reports for billing support

· Evaluate, validate and support existing processes and reports, providing necessary automation, modifications or troubleshooting

· Identify limitations or issues in the reporting infrastructure and manage the process to have them rectified

· Implement and support improvements to data organization and reporting that increase efficiency and flexibility

· Design, develop and implement new reporting metrics and modify existing metrics in collaboration with business partners

2. Provide metrics, analysis and trending needed to implement process improvements

· Prepare contact center analytics for productivity improvement, performance management, workforce management

· Provide trending and utilization metrics required for business decisions, including budgeting and quoting

· Prepare and present monthly and quarterly Operations Reviews of reporting results and continuous improvements plans

· Identify operational gaps/opportunities, researching and identifying best practices and working with business owners to implement best practices and actionable solutions

3. Collaborate with Managers on new business and service improvement initiatives

· Communicate and interact with colleagues to facilitate, integrate and support reporting for all business areas, including operations, HR, finance, pharmacy and fulfillment

· Ensure processes, reporting and scheduling are outlined, implemented and documented

· Support of IT initiatives and planning

What you'll need

Qualifications

Post secondary degree or diploma

Minimum 2 years experience as analyst

Strong Excel and Power Point Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Time management and workload prioritization skills

Independent, motivated, self-starter

Excellent communication skills

Previous call center experience is an asset
