This team of highly motivated professionals is looking for an experienced Administrator to manage their office operations. What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • As a brand ambassador/gatekeeper you will welcome clients/guests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • A team of results-oriented professionals will be on track thanks to your expert scheduling abilities
  • Responsible for the firms client management software
  • Account setup, documentation and managing client files
  • Coordination of client review packages
  • Resolve administrative inquiries by liaising with head office
  • Your watchful eye will manage all office inventories, equipment and work flow
  • Work on innovative marketing strategies and executive reporting projects

  • You're a Microsoft Office wiz
  • Bilingual
  • A post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry would be considered an asset
