What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Apartment building management through rent collection.
- Expense management.
- Strong office administration and customer service.
- Maintenance & cleaning.
- ?Conduct and/or supervise all on-site activity in accordance with the specifications of Skyline and in line with all applicable legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.

- Assurer un suivi avec les locataires conformément aux spécifications de Skyline Management Incorporated et en conformité avec toutes les lois applicables, dont la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité, Loi sur la location de locaux d'habitation et la Charte des droits et libertés de la personne.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Able to adhere to an on call schedule involving work after business hours and work on weekends
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
- Good maintenance and cleaning skills.
- General understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Knowledgeable with repair and general maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to multi-task and remain detail oriented.
- Good judgment and innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
- PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
- Previous sales experience an asset.
Qualifications
- Bilinguisme français-anglais
- Capacité à travailler les soirs et les week-ends
- Capacité à trouver des solutions et à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
- Bonnes compétences en entretien et en nettoyage.
- Connaissance générale de base de la plomberie, de l'électricité et de la menuiserie.
- Bonnes connaissances en matière de réparation et d'entretein générale des systèmes de chauffage et de climatisation.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en organisation.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois avec précision.
- Capacité à faire preuve de jugement et d'initiative.
- Capacité à travailler seul et en équipe.
- Capacité à soulever des charges allant jusqu'à 50 lb (23 kg).
- Capacité à se pencher, pousser, tirer ainsi qu'à descendre et à monter les escaliers.
- Compétences informatiques serait un atout (Word, Excel, courriel et Internet).
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente serait un atout.
