Texas, USA Can work Remote Accounting and Finance Experienced Full-time

Seeking Part -time and Full time office assistant/bookeeper for our reputable company . Duties include: Answer phones and take messages; Greet visitors; Filing and maintaining important documents; Prepare or edit leases; Assist with light bookkeeping A/R and; A/P; Contact tenants and vendors to obtain information and resolve issues.

You may be asked to run occasional errands outside the office, and a Colorado drivers license is required.

Required skills:
Minimum High School Diploma
Strong Customer service skills
Microsoft Office & QuickBooks experience
