We are looking for a talented Apple Support Analyst to play a role in helping us build brilliant together. Success in this role will be the result of an innovative mindset, enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, technical support skills and the desire to get the job done in the best way and in the shortest amount of time.

As a Support Analyst, you help T4G customers, troubleshooting and repairing problems or training customers as required. With problem-solving skills and personality, you help customers achieve a quick solution to any technical problem. You will be a part of a team, sharing the workload while independently fulfilling your mandate and maintaining your skills. It is expected that you will provide support services every day, either in person/at the customer office or remotely by phone with online tools, etc., depending the agreement/arrangement with each of our customers.

You are the smart IT person that provides thoughtful and friendly advice, guidance and hands-on technical support for customers. Problems need to be diagnosed and resolved quickly – our customers expect good service that enable them to remain productive with their work. T4G delivers awesome service, earning and maintaining our customers’ trust.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair problems (training customers when required)
  • Help customers achieve a quick solution to any technical problem
  • Provide support services every day, either in person/at the customer office or remotely by phone with online tools, etc., depending the agreement/arrangement with each of our customers.
  • Administration of systems and tools
  • Incident management tracking and reporting

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and inter personal skills
  • Resourceful with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to get the job done in the best way and in the shortest amount of time.
  • Ability to maintain composure, even when technology or customers become challenging
  • Ability and eagerness to learn technical skills quickly
  • Excellent time management skills, able to make decisions quickly
  • Flexible with your schedule, able to respond to on-call support requirements as required (on a rotation)

Skills, Education and Experience

  • Degree or diploma
  • Minimum, 3 years technical support experience
  • Strong technical skills in enterprise environment with Apple macOS, iOS
  • ACSP and ACMT certifications are desired
  • Experience with Windows 10 and AD is an asset
  • Understanding and ability to deploy and work with MDM tools is a plus
