Full-time

We are actively looking for a talented Agile Project Manager with passion, initiative, and enthusiasm to join our team. To succeed here, you have a can-do attitude, and a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Imagine what it would be like to work in a place where everyone saw things creatively. Where smart, talented people strive for excellence every day, taking on new challenges and opportunities. The kind of place where people work hard individually and collectively, but where we realize that there is life outside the office. The kind of company where you can take your career where you want to take it, not just where some rigid organizational chart says it can go.

Success in this role will be the result of effective communication with all associated team members (internal and external) and utilizing previous experience to drive key project components and objectives. You will accept and handle changing priorities, addressing issues quickly and professionally and lastly, you will drive continuous improvement of Project Management process.

We understand that you may not have all the qualifications listed in this posting – although it would be impressive if you did. Experience means a lot, and skills can be transferred and learned, but we feel passion and fit are just as important. Above all else, we’re looking for someone who can bring new perspectives to our work and culture, and has a desire to be challenged.

If you’re looking at this and feel like you’re the right person for the job, we encourage you to apply.

  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule and budget to the plan.

  • Bring extensive experience and judgment to effectively plan and accomplish professional and team goals.
  • Provide team status reports highlighting accomplishments, plans and issues across all assigned teams.
  • Manage and communicate (internal and external) the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedule, and product configuration.
