The right candidate will possess the following:

Customer service skills, speaks English fluently, good telephone voice, able to answer multiple phone lines and assist customers with questions about their purchases.
Computer savvy, able to type fast and answer customer emails properly.
You must be organized, a quick learner, punctual.
