This person will focused on providing administrative services related to our operations and general administrative support to other important activities, such as commercial and services departments . As part of the west coast office, the Administrative Assistant must be service minded and able to maintain a fast work pace. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, a positive attitude, the ability to think on their feet, and a desire to grow their career. Strong organizational skills and service oriented are a must. Experience in administration is an asset. This is a part time position, with 4-6 hours per day. 

What you'll do

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone that can assist operations department in particular with the following key things:

_ Sales quotations

_ Service/Shop quotations

_ Transfer parts in ERP System (AX)

_ Warehouse keeping. Physical control of inventory.

_ Data entry for Services and Projects

What you'll need

Qualifications

-Experience with an ERP system

-Experience in inventory management or warehousing.

-High proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
