The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Junior Designer in our Halifax office to help build brilliant solutions. In this role, you will help support our Art Directors, UX Designers and content creators produce stellar, compelling work. Success in this role will be a result of taking existing concepts, creative and UI designs and build on and evolve them without straying from the experience and brand direction established. You take care in every detail of not only how things look but also how they work. You are just starting out in your design career but are keen to learn new skills while improving your design chops through mentoring and direction from your team.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- To be able to sketch out and clearly communicate your ideas
- A commitment to detail
- Proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- An understanding of digital/web design
- Ability to receive feedback and adapt creative accordingly
- A portfolio or work examples showcasing your design thought process
What you'll need
Qualifications
- 1 year of working experience
- Experience with Sketch and Invision
- Basic HTML skills
- Microsoft Office skills
