We are currently looking for a self-motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Richibucto location. The ideal candidate understands the importance of great customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment.

This position receives supervision, support and day-to-day direction from the Team Lead and any issues can be further escalated to the Manager, Global Customer Service.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

This position interacts daily with customers, sales representatives, marketing, IT, purchasing, pricing , account receivables, shipping, planning, engineering and operations.

This position requires the successful candidate to:

  • Assist customers with inquiries such as pricing and deliveries
  • Research discrepancies
  • Receive, revise and process orders
  • Confirm customer pricing
  • Provide accurate information to clients
  • Work closely with contractors, consumers, vendors and agents
  • Receive and assess orders in terms of specifications and construction plans
  • Issue credits and debits to correct discrepancies on orders
  • Enter orders in the order entry system for production and delivery
  • Replace receptionist as required
  • All other duties as assigned

What you'll need

Qualifications

The succesul candidate will posses the following:

  • 2-3 years related experience in customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Pricing knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Must be able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong multitasking skills
  • Experience using an ERP system (Oracle) an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
