We?re seeking a senior sales and account development strategist to join our team and help accelerate our growth in new and existing markets.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Learn and improve our front end sales process
  • Help qualified leads better understand their ideas and how we can help them build their vision
  • Identify and cold call wish-list clients
  • Manage CRM pipeline scoring, list conditioning, lead tracking and reporting
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and partners, and create new foundations for long term partnerships
  • Manage high-level project management including estimation, budgets, timelines, project obstacle removal and problem resolution
  • Attend networking events and conferences to demonstrating or present services and products, and convert contacts into leads
  • Create and manage sales assets and collateral including presentations, proposals, estimates and contracts
  • Maintain and improve customer service standards, developing strategies to stand out against our competition
  • Develop new business and new revenue stream strategies
  • Work with the MindSea team of designers, developers, and QA company wide to improve front-facing communication of our core competencies, our difference and our value
  • Help our clients solve problems through app-based tech
  • Work in an Agile environment with small self managed teams to deliver high quality native apps for clients across various industries.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years minimum of experience in online creative agency or software development sales is required

Language: English

Requirements:

  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Navigating sales with multiple decision makers
  • Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships
  • Strong qualifying skills and ability to communicate, negotiate and sell direct to clients at all levels of an organization including C-level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Executive-level networking ability
  • Desire to help companies solve problems and build quality software
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and self manage and self report
  • Flexibility and dexterity to handle multiple tasks and fill multiple facets of this role
  • An internal drive that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Assets

  • Strong understanding of technology and familiarity with iOS or Android app development a definite plus
  • Bachelor?s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record delivering high-quality, result based work
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B sales position with executive-level responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office in a mac-based environment
  • Experience with Hubspot and CRM software is a plus
  • Comfortable using and learning new sales based technologies
