The Opportunity
Seaside Chevrolet has an opening for a Business Development Centre (BDC) Coordinator to work with our Sales and Service departments. A BDC Coordinator is responsible for building and retaining positive relationships with prospects and customers. The BDC Coordinator will be managing a dealership database by performing inbound sales calls, prospecting calls, etc. The BDC Coordinator will be responsible for generating sales leads and discussing options with prospects.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Represent the dealership in the most positive and professional manner with the customers they serve.
- Answer inbound sales calls for Sales and Service Departments.
- Do outbound calls for after sales follow-ups.
- Book appointments for Sales Consultants and Service Advisors.
- Monitor and handle all internet leads.
- Reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets that are pre-determined.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in business and/or marketing.
- Must be fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, marketing, lead conversion, auto sales, or other related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail.
- Computer savvy with the ability to manage multiple applications at once; must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to respond to questions and concerns, and to overcome objections.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
